Defensive tackle on Hoover High School team that achieved a perfect 30-0 record over the past two seasons and was named the 2013 USA High School Football Public School National Champion … started as a junior and senior to anchor defensive line on back-to-back Alabama 6A State Championship teams … Hoover completed a perfect 15-0 record and 7-0 league mark this past season on way to earning the No. 1 ranking in Alabama by MaxPreps.com and the No. 5 overall ranking nationally of both private and public schools by USA Today … tallied 85 tackles for the Buccaneers as a junior, including 48 solo tackles … strong run-stopping presence in the middle played key role in Hoovers 2013 state title victory … 2013 All-Hoover/South honorable mention selection … 34-inch vertical jump, 405-pound bench press and 525-pound squat … recruited by Louisville, UAB, Hawaii, Memphis, Western Kentucky, Central Arkansas, Southeastern Louisiana.
