STOCKTON, Calif. – The Stockton Thunder defeated the Utah Grizzlies, 6-1, on Saturday night in Stockton.

The Thunder scored a pair of goals in each period on the way to the win.

Utah made it 2-1 late in the first period, after Stockton scored two goals in the first 12:30 of the game, as it scored on a delayed penalty. Adam Pineault was hauled down going toward the net, and Utah kept play going for over a minute as it brought out an extra attacker.
