Cedar Hills to host pumpkin walk, bake sale

CEDAR HILLS — The Youth City Council will host a pumpkin walk and bake sale for families from 7-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, at Heritage Park, 4425 W. Cedar Hills Drive.

For exceptionally brave souls, there will also be a haunted creek. The pumpkin walk and haunted creek will each cost 25 cents per person, and the bake sale will be 25 cents per item.

Proceeds will go toward the Youth City Council’s annual Santa’s Workshop, which helps Cedar Hills families in need at Christmastime.

Those who would like to create a designer-carved pumpkin and enter it into the contest may pick up an entry form at the Community Recreation Center, 10640 N. Clubhouse Drive. The winner, as chosen by the council, will receive a prize.
