Harmons encourages fitness, promotes teamwork with Grocery Games

The Harmons Health and Wellness team organized the first ever Grocery Games to encourage fitness and camaraderie among Harmons employees, as well as to spark friendly competition between the Harmons Grocery stores.

The inaugural Grocery Games featured more than 200 Harmons employees competing in events such as the frozen pizza toss, baguette javelin toss, cantaloupe shot put, egg long jump and grocery cart relay. The event, which runs Tuesday and Wednesday at Valley Regional Park in Taylorsville, was organized to encourage fitness and camaraderie among Harmons employees.
