Cal junior Allen Crabbe had 15 points and 11 rebounds as the Golden Bears defeated Utah 64-46 Thursday night.
Utah struggled offensively as no Ute player reached double figures. Freshman Jordan Loveridge had nine points and 11 rebounds for the Utes, who shot 29 percent from the floor.
The Utes struggled down low, getting blocked six times by the Cal big men.
Utah led by as many as eight well into the first half, but Cal took the lead with three minutes left in the period and never trailed again, going up by as many as 22 at one point.

Utah looked pretty good until they completely disappeared late in the first half.
This team has almost arrived defensively, but they are 100 miles away on offense. Let's hope there are some players who can score in the incoming
