The Utah State men's basketball team beat Illinois State 80-71 in an ESPN BracketBuster game Saturday night at the Spectrum.
Although the teams matched up well, the Aggies pulled away slightly and distanced themselves from Illinois State in the second half.
The Aggies shot 52 percent from the field and shared the ball, finishing with 23 assists as a team.
Aggies center Jarred Shaw led USU with a double-double of 18 points and 11 rebounds.
