High school boys basketball: Layton Christian unstoppable against West Ridge
LAYTON — The defending 1A state champion Layton Christian Academy Eagles remained undefeated in Region 17 play, dominating West Ridge Academy 87-24 Friday night
Preston Sill led all scorers with 23 points, including 5 treys. LCA senior guard Duce Namazi poured in 15 points leading the potent Eagle fast break. Layton Christian used all its tools including four international students from New Zealand. Quinn Witheria, Leroy Sisnett, Ben Adie and Joe Reddish combined for 21 points.
