The PAC 10.2 has won ZERO BCS National Championships, and the Trojans have a Top 10 recruiting class every year.
I'm going out on a limb here predicting that the Utes will NEVER have a better recruiting class than More..
Here's a little reality check on the whole stars system.
Of the 32 5-star recruits in the entire country in 2002, how many of them eventually became first-round draft picks in the NFL?

"...you struggled to win WAC championships?"
Really?
I hate to break it to U, but, if anybody struggled to win WAC championships, it would be U!
Only TWO championships in 38 years in the More..
