Utah Jazz basketball: Jazz maintain narrow lead over Cleveland in first half, 53-48
The Utah Jazz's largest lead in the first half over the subpar Cleveland Cavaliers (10-31) was seven points. At the end of the second quarter, the Jazz are up 53-48.
Shooting 52 percent from the field, Utah made 23-of-44 shots compared to the Cavaliers' 18 makes out of 44 attempts.
The Jazz also lead the Cavaliers in fast-break points with 13.
Jazz guard Randy Foye is the leading scorer thus far with 11 points.
