Utah State football player Kellen Bartlett will join three other Aggies at the second annual Casino Del Sol College All-Star Game, which will be played at Kino Stadium in Tucson, Ariz., on Friday Jan. 11. The game will be broadcast on the ESPN family of networks and available to watch live on ESPN3. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. (MT).

Other Aggies to play in the Casino Del Sol College All-Star Game include senior wide receiver Matt Austin, senior linebacker Bojay Filimoeatu and senior defensive lineman Al Lapuaho.

The 2013 Casino Del Sol College All-Star Game is the second annual post-season football exhibition of draft eligible college seniors. The game provides a platform for selected, elite athletes to showcase their talents to scouts from the NFL, CFL and Arena teams. In the inaugural Casino Del Sol College All-Star Game in 2012, 67 players were signed to NFL contracts.

In all, Utah State now has six football players who will be participating in all-star games this year. Senior running back Kerwynn Williams will play in the 2013 East-West Shrine Game on January 19 at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla., while senior cornerback Will Davis will play in the 2013 Senior Bowl on January 26 at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Ala. Both the East-West Shrine Game and the Senior Bowl will be televised live on the NFL Network.

Bartlett, a 6-foot-2, 248-pound senior tight end from Blue Springs, Mo. (Blue Springs HS), earned honorable mention all-Western Athletic Conference honors in 2012 as he finished the season with 38 receptions for 272 yards and five touchdown catches, which ranked tied for first on the team.

Bartlett’s five touchdown receptions ranked first in the WAC among tight ends, while his 38 receptions ranked second and his 272 receiving yards ranked third.
