Chris Paul and Co. gave Utah its third straight loss on Sunday night. Here are the highlights.
• Caron Butler was sensational, particularly early. He scored 29 points in the game, including 17 in the first quarter. At halftime, he was 5 for 5 from 3-point land.
• Al Jefferson scored 30 points to lead the Jazz. Also, Gordon Hayward scored 16. Derrick Favors scored 11. And Randy Foye scored 10.
• DeAndre Jordan is making free throws now, but not in a pretty way. Over the last two games, every free throw he has banked off the glass has gone in. He made four straight free throws down the stretch to put Utah away.
• Three was a magic number Sunday night. This game was the Jazz's third straight loss, the third loss this season to the Clippers and Chris Paul wears the number three. Also, the only Jazz player to have a positive plus-minus in this game, Alec Burks, had a plus-minus rating of plus-3.
