All three of these videos went viral this past year and are featured in YouTube's recent video, which highlights the most popular videos in 2012. But among Psy and Carly Raye Jeppson is a 26-year-old BYU student Lindsey Stirling, who is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Stirling came in at No. 8 this year in the top 11 most-popular videos of 2012 with her Dubstep Violin video, "Crystallize." The video was uploaded in February and has more than 39 million views.
Since then Stirling has done several other videos, including her most recent take on the classic Christmas carol, "What Child is This?"
Stirling has performed on "America's Got Talent" and will be on tour starting in January 2013. Stirling will perform across Europe and the United States, stopping in Salt Lake City on March 29, 2013.
