While I applaud the effort to make more licenses available, I fear the move will further the cultural homogenization of the nation at the expense of local color. Who needs more of the bland repetition of a dozen more chain outlets when you could More..
Utah liquor laws are a lost cause.
An excellent common sense solution from one of our more thoughtful and pragmatic legislators.
Pass it and get on with cutting spending in other areas. And, with privatizing the state liquor stores.
