UVU basketball: Men's team holding Meet the Team night on Tuesday

OREM, Utah – The 2012-13 Utah Valley University men's basketball team will be unveiled at the annual Meet the Team Night and scrimmage Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the UCCU Center.

Coach Dick Hunsaker begins his 11th year at the helm of the Wolverine program after leading his squad to back-to-back Great West Conference championships.

Schedule posters from this upcoming season will be handed out, and following the scrimmage the team will sign autographs.

The Wolverines return two All-Conference performers, Ben Aird and Holton Hunsaker, as well as the league's Sixth Man of the Year in Alfonzo Hubbard as the team begins its final season as a member of the Great West. UVU is set to join the Western Athletic Conference next summer.

UVU begins the season Nov. 9 at IUPUI of the Summit League. The home opener will be Nov. 17 against Arizona Christian.
