WEST VALLEY CITY — City firefighters visited Whittier Elementary School on Thursday to speak to first-grade students about the dangers of fire and hot objects.
The visit came about from Whittier first-grader Mason Fackrell, who was severly burned on his face and hands when he was a toddler.
