Police are asking for help in locating Sebastian West, 11, who ran away from a youth facility in Provo.

PAYSON — Police are asking for help in locating an 11-year-old boy who ran away from a youth facility in Provo.
Sebastian West is 4 feet 9 inches and approximately 85 pounds, with shaggy blond hair, according to a news release from the Payson City Police Department.
Sebastian was last seen in Pleasant Grove with a 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl. He was wearing gray shorts, a yellow shirt and white shoes.
Police are asking anyone with information about the boy's whereabouts to call 801-465-5240.

What 11-year old would want to live in a youth facility? It would appear that this boy's parent(s) failed him ..... miserably.
