BYU visits Boise State Thursday night, making a quick turnaround for both teams.

The Broncos have posted a 33-4 record all-time in regular-season, non-Saturday games, according to the Idaho Statesman.

“It changes everything,” Boise State coach Chris Petersen told the Statesman of the scheduling of this game. “Since I’ve been here, we’ve played on every night of the week and the only game that I really don’t like playing is Saturday to Thursday. It’s really hard on the kids. It’s really hard to get a great game-prep week. … Even on a normal week you’re scrambling, trying to get your best stuff in and put your best foot forward. It’s really hard when it takes two days away from you.”

Yahoo! Sports recaps the Cougars' 24-21 loss at Utah Saturday.
