KAYSVILLE — A memorial to the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks was dedicated Tuesday at the Utah State Botanical Gardens.
The 9/11 Memorial was a 10-year project built by public donations by the Youth of Promise, a group of junior high and high school students.
