Eating more vegetables shouldn't be difficult as Arthur Potts Dawson includes more than 250 recipes that incorporate vegetables — and he has about 50 of them that are in his cookbooks. It includes classics, basics, fast-food dishes and show-off dishes that simply show how to use vegetables more in daily eating.
