SALT LAKE CITY — Firefighters saved dummies from buildings and fought fires as part of training on Tuesday
Each Tuesday at 9 a.m., the Salt Lake City Fire Department hosts the Salt Lake Valley Training Alliance Live Fire Training Day.
Fire departments from across the Salt Lake Valley gather together on a weekly basis to train with live fire drills. The hosting duties are rotated throughout different participating departments. It is now SLCFD's turn to host the drills for at least the next six months.
