Seems like PacificCore wasted 100 peoples time as they "evaluated" the project and gathered up ideas on how to build it then did it themselves. So, they did their due diligence on the backs of other people for free and then took the best More..
Don't see how you can steal something from someone that they don't have. I think the jury was tampered with by the state and their verdict is the victim of misinformation and the omission of fact and pertinent information.
