SALT LAKE CITY — Sgt. Owen T. Farley, who died in the line of duty in 1951 as a Salt Lake police officer, was honored with a memorial plaque on State Street near 300 South on Tuesday.
Members of Farley's family were on hand to participate in the dedication.
