PROVO — The Utah County Women, Infants and Children program is sponsoring a free parenting class called "Happiest Baby on the Block" on Wednesday, May 9 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Utah County Health and Justice Building, 151 S. University Ave., Provo.
Parents will learn methods to soothe fussy babies. The class is free and open to the public. Parents can bring their babies. Happiest Baby on the Block is presented each month, typically the second Wednesday.
