oh no! The stimulus package ain't working for these folks.
So who is paying the storage unit fees for these residents? If the state is sending rental payments to the storage units then they have a right to be there, and make the storage unit provide better living conditions and porta potty service.

Wrong. It is the city and not the storage rental facility that governs occupancy requirements. And More..
