The BYU football team opens spring drills in less than two weeks. SI.com lists two Cougars — quarterback Riley Nelson and wide receiver Cody Hoffman — as part of the "All Two-Star (and fewer) Team," which basically honors them for being overachievers.
"Nelson made it clear he was BYU's best quarterback," writes Andy Staples. "He capped the season by channeling Dan Marino's fake spike to beat Tulsa. That's the kind of savvy the All Two-Star (And Fewer) team needs in its signal-caller.
Of Hoffman, Staples writes: "Sacramento State would have been the only school to recruit Hoffman out of tiny Crescent City, Calif., had it not been for a local teacher named Terry Vance. Vance was a roommate of BYU coach Bronco Mendenhall when the men were students at Oregon State, and Vance took notice of Hoffman dominating his high school competition and contacted his former roomie. Now 6-4 and 208 pounds, Hoffman is BYU's top receiver and kickoff returner."

@otis
Obviously you have no clue about what constitutes talent, not to mention both of these players would be the #1 player at their positions if they played for utah as well.
But I thought only whittingham was capable of taking More..
It figures an article about BYU football and the UTES 2 biggest trolls have to open up with smart alec comments both of you need to grow up, I doubt if either of you could even catch a football, it seems that all you guys do is go on More..
Congratulations are in order. These two players truly exemplify BYU football. Namely, not much talent, but a lot of heart. Also, I hear their firesides aren't too bad either.
