STOCKTON, Tooele County — Workers at Deseret Chemical Depot near here discovered Monday that a 155mm projectile had leaked a small quantity of deadly mustard agent.

The depot houses both America's largest stockpile of chemical warfare munitions and the Army's $1 billion incinerator that is destroying the weapons. The leak amounted to three tablespoons of blister agent.

Workers safely stored the leaking munition in a secure container, and there was no danger to workers or the public, said spokeswoman Susan Huff.
