Sporting a bright purple Baltimore Ravens football team cap, Mayor Rudy Giuliani made good on his bet with Baltimore Mayor Martin O'Malley about the outcome of the Super Bowl contest between the Ravens and the New York Giants.
With City Hall decorated with purple and the Ravens flag flying atop the building, Giuliani congratulated the Baltimore team for its 34-7 victory. However, Giuliani cautioned Friday that baseball season is just around the corner.
"You have to come back in October for the Yankee victory celebration, because we have it right here," Giuliani said.
