MURRAY 4, CORNER CANYON 2: The Spartans took the lead and held the Chargers throughout the remainder of the game for the region victory. Goals for Murray were scored by Sam Hansgen, Chris Oregon, Sean Speirs, and Logan Ulibarry.

SKYLINE 4, MOUNTAIN VIEW 0: Sheldon Martineau found the back of the net twice for the Eagles, while goalkeeper William Desantis preserved the shutout between the posts for Skyline.

REGION 8

WASATCH 1, PROVO 0

SALEM HILLS 6, TIMPVIEW 0: Jacob Ence scored the hat trick, while three other players found twine to help Salem Hills cruise past Timpview.

MAPLE MOUNTAIN 5, SPANISH FORK 0: Josh Aram netted a pair of goals, while Conner Lunt and Spencer Young split the shutout between the posts for Maple Mountin in the lopsided road victory.

DIXIE 2, SNOW CANYON 0: Facing a 0-0 draw at the break, Dixie jumped out in the second half and notched two goals to come away with the road win over Snow Canyon. McLane Keenan and Caesar Perez each notched goals, while Hayden Mathews earned the shutout between the posts for the Flyers.

PINE VIEW 2, CEDAR 0: Braden Johnston and Michael Wade both found twine, while Justin Jones earned the shutout between the posts to lead the home team in the win.

DAVIS 21, NORTHRIDGE 1: Abby OBrien and Page Reynolds each finished with a double base hit to help Davis to a lopsided region victory on the road. Makenna OBrien earned the win on the mound.

VIEWMONT 11, WEBER 1: Amanda Varley and Caitlyn Larsen combined to hit three home runs to power Viewmont past Weber on the road. Eliza Thornley pitched the win for the Vikings.

FREMONT 15, SYRACUSE 7: Bailey Pierce smacked a home run and a triple to help power Fremont past Syracuse on the road. Peyton Garner pitched the win for the Silver Wolves.

REGION 2

WEST 15, COTTONWOOD 12: Breah Ava led the West bats with a home run, while five other teammates recorded an extra base hit to propel West to the tough win at home.

TAYLORSVILLE 9, GRANGER 0: Asenaca Lesuma pitched the complete-game shutout, while giving up just one hit to help Taylorsville blank Granger.

HUNTER 13, HILLCREST 3: McKayla Griffiths and Tess Matagi each roped doubles and homers to help power Hunter past Hillcrest at home.

BINGHAM 4, ALTA 3: Bingham put two runs up on the board in the final two innings to escape with the narrow win over Alta. Taylor Clemens pitched the win and tripled to lead the home team in the win.

BRIGHTON 14, JORDAN 13: Brighton held a comfortable 11-run lead in the seventh inning, but were nearly shocked by the Beetdiggers 10-run rally in the bottom of the inning. Maddi Miller earned the win on the mound.

HERRIMAN 16, LEHI 10: Ashlyn Visser hit a triple and a home run for the Mustangs in their win against the Pioneers.

BONNEVILLE 8, BOX ELDER 0: Andrea Hancock pitched the win and went yard to held Bonneville blank region foe Box Elder at home. Cortney Porter and Abby Toller also cleared the fences in the win.

ROY 9, LOGAN 0: Mackenzie Kolb pitched the shutout on the mound for Roy, who rallied for all nine runs in the final three innings of the game.
