REGION 1

NORTHRIDGE 1, WEBER 0: Josh Brown struck out 14 batters and pitched a no-hitter.

REGION 6

KEARNS 8, HIGHLAND 2: Aaron Bass smacked a home run to extend the lead for Kearns after scoring three runs in the first inning.

BOUNTIFUL 10, JUDGE MEMORIAL 0: Tanner Redding pitched a complete game shutout while giving up only two hits and striking out six. Masen Jones, Ryan Stringfellow, and Jordan Hayes all hit RBI doubles. Ryan Curtis also hit a triple for the Braves.

EAST 6, CLEARFIELD 3: East was off to a slow start, scoring one run in the second inning, but gained momentum in the seventh to score four runs and take the win.

WOODS CROSS 2, CYPRUS 1: James Nelson led off with a double. Later, Kyle Rogers hit a single which led to James Nelson crossing home plate to score the winning run.

REGION 8

SPANISH FORK 10, WASATCH 3: Maverick Buffo knocked out a grand slam and struck out 12 in the blowout win over Wasatch. Brock Nelson went 3-for-4 with four RBIs.

PROVO 8, MAPLE MOUNTAIN 7: Mitch Van Quill had three hits and four RBIs, including hitting the game-winning single.

SALEM HILLS 11, TIMPVIEW 7: Jesse Rowley had three hits and Scott Lyman hit a double in the win over Timpview at home.

ROWLAND HALL 2, SUMMIT ACADEMY 1: Michael Thompson and Kyle Baranko set the bar high, scoring both goals in the first half.

REGION 14

DUCHESNE 17, ROWLAND HALL 2: Alyssa Nielson hit a home run and a double in the blowout game over Rowland Hall. Melissa Robinson struck out eight batters in four innings.

NONREGION

SKYLINE 22, JUDGE MEMORIAL 6: The Eagles took care of business, soaring over the Bulldogs in five innings. Avery Campbell and Lexie Kaelin each contributed doubles.

WOODS CROSS 11, WEST 1: Four players hit doubles, including Hanalee Robinson, who hit two. Woods Cross scored 11 runs on 13 hits.

ALTA 6, BOUNTIFUL 3: Alta had a strong start, scoring three runs in the first inning.

MOUNTAIN CREST 3, SYRACUSE 2: Mountain Crest took an early 3-0 lead after two innings and held the lead throughout the game.

BEAR RIVER 12, WEBER 0: Bear River defeated Weber in five innnings. Bailee Trapp only allowed one hit. Brenna Hinck hit a double and triple.

GRAND 9, SOUTH SEVIER 4: Rhiannon Bohannon earned the win.
