RootsTech announces keynote speakers for 2014 conference

SALT LAKE CITY Ree Drummond, The Pioneer Woman blogger, and plane crash survivor and local blogger Stephanie Nielson are among the six keynote speakers for the 2014 RootsTech conference, Feb. 6-8, in the Salt Palace.

Drummond and Annelies van den Belt, CEO of DC Thompson Family History, will be the keynote speakers on Feb. 6. On Feb. 7, Judy Russell, The Legal Genealogist blogger and professional genealogist, and Dr. Spencer Wells, project director for the National Geographic Genographic Project, will be speaking.

Todd Hansen, TV host of The Story Trek, and Nielson are scheduled for Feb. 8.

The conference, hosted by FamilySearch, includes more than 200 classes, an Expo Hall of booths and evening events.
