NORTHRIDGE 27, FREMONT 0: Northridge tight end Jace Colby hauled in touchdown receptions of 39 and 45 yards to lead the visitors to a shutout win. Ben Jackson had three TD passes to pace the Knights' attack.
SYRACUSE 34, VIEWMONT 0: Kole Tracy went 14-for-20 through the air for 174 yards and a pair of touchdowns to help Syracuse to the shutout victory at Viewmont. Daunte Atkinson caught five passes for 56 yards, while Trevor Olsen hauled in four passes for 77 yards and a TD. Kavika Fonua led the Titans rushing attack with 57 yards and two scores on 10 carries.
LAYTON 26, WEBER 13: Layton jumped out to an early 20-point lead at the break, and then cruised the rest of the way to earn the road win against Weber.
TAYLORSVILLE 45, HILLCREST 14: Taylorsville outscored Hillrest 31-0 in the second half to break open a 14-14 halftime score to improve to 2-0 in Region 2.
COTTONWOOD 48, GRANGER 12: Malu Hosea led the Colts with 93 rushing yards and four touchdowns, including a 57-yard run in the second quarter to lead Cottonwood to its second win of the season. Alex Tuinei had a 50-yard run for the Lancers. Malu Hosea ran for 327 yards and four TDs on 27 carries in the Colts' win.
HUNTER 36, WEST 13: Hunter outscored West 23-0 in the second quarter to pick up the lopsided road victory. Noah Togiai caught two long TD passes and McKay Medlinger threw for three TDs to power the Wolverines.
COPPER HILLS 19, WEST JORDAN 7: Taylor Smith rushed for a pair of touchdowns, including a 98-yard sprint to the end zone in the region victory over West Jordan.
JORDAN 42, ALTA 28: Clay Moss rushed for two touchdowns and Austin Kafentzis added a pair of rushing scores to lead Jordan past Alta in the Region 3 victory.
BINGHAM 38, BRIGHTON 27: Scott Nichols rushed for 206 yards and three touchdowns to power Bingham to the victory over Brighton in the highly-anticipated showdown of undefeated teams. Brighton led 14-7 after the first quarter thanks to a receiving TD and fumble recovery for a TD by Brighton's Isaiah Kaufusi, but the Miners powered through the final three quarters to take the game.
AMERICAN FORK 38, HERRIMAN 36: American Fork scored 14 straight points in the final 10 minutes to rally past Herriman to improve to 3-1 in region play. Jonah Trinnaman had a big 75 yard kick return in the first half for the Cavemen.
LONE PEAK 27, PLEASANT GROVE 17: Lone Peak outscored Pleasant Grove 20-3 in the second half to pick up the region win.
RIVERTON 71, LEHI 50: The Silverwolves scored 21 points in both the first and third quarters en route to a 21-point victory over their region foe.
ROY 63, OGDEN 21: Roy overwhelmed Ogden's defense all game, building a 49-7 halftime lead on its way to the easy victory to improve to 2-2 in Region 5.
BOX ELDER 49, BONNEVILLE 21: Box Elder running backs Breckin Gunter and Riley Burt combined for 238 yards on the ground and four TDs to power the Bees past Bonneville. Shad Watson also added two TDs in the blowout victory.
BOUNTIFUL 35, KEARNS 18: Bountiful opened up a 28-point lead at the break, and then cruised in the second half to pick up the victory over Kearns. Kaden Larsen caught two TD passes from Trevor Lloyd to power the home team in the win. Amone Finau scored all three of Kearns' TDs in the loss.
CYPRUS 28, CLEARFIELD 7: After giving up an early touchdown, the Pirates scored 28 unanswered points for their first Region 6 victory. A.J. Semeatu scored twice for Cyprus, including a late 82-yard pass reception from Dennis Kamakana.
WOODS CROSS 41, HIGHLAND 21: Clay Kidman finished the night 10-for-18 passing for 178 yards and two touchdowns to lead Woods Cross to the region victory. Luke Jowers ran in a pair of TDs, and Gunther Braxton added another rushing score to help the Wildcats past Highland.
MOUNTAIN VIEW 17, MURRAY 14: Mountain View scored a late touchdown on a halfback pass from Ashton Domingo to Andrew Atoa to rally past Murray for its first victory of the season.
CORNER CANYON 20, SKYLINE 13: Corner Canyon quarterback Michael Ebeling finished with 242 yards of total offense and three touchdowns to lead the Chargers in the overtime victory and help the team clinch a playoff berth in the school's first season.
OLYMPUS 48, TIMPANOGOS 21: Olympus' 28-point second quarter propelled the Titans to the region win over Timpanogos. Cooper Draper ran for 146 yards and a TD, while Coleman Meier added 132 yards on the ground and two TDs to power the home team's running game. Chase Manning also threw four TDs in the lopsided win.
WASATCH 24, MAPLE MOUNTAIN 19: In a back-and-forth battle, Anderson Davis caught a fourth-quarter touchdown to ultimately give Wasatch the victory. Garrett Davis threw a pair of TDs, and three different players reached pay dirt for the Wasps.
GRAND 7, SUMMIT ACADEMY 6: Koi Cook punched in a 1-yard touchdown with just six seconds remaining, and Koby Sobremesana added the PAT to give the Red Devils the road victory. Ryan Marks drilled two field goals to account for the Summit Academy scoring.
BEAR RIVER 44, PAYSON 34: In a high-scoring, back-and-forth nonregion game, Bear River held on for the victory as Jardee Nessen passed for two scores and rushed for another.
DUCHESNE 33, DIAMOND RANCH 13: Duchesne put 20 points on the board in the fourth quarter to run away with the road victory against Diamond Ranch.
RICH 41, KANAB 13: The Rebels scored 28 points in the second half to run away from Kanab and earn the nonregion victory.
MONTICELLO 51, ALTAMONT 6: Austin Maloy rushed for a pair of touchdowns and had a receiving TD to lead Monticello to the lopsided win at home. Dillon Maughan also added two rushing scores for the Buckaroos.
SOUTH SUMMIT 27, LAYTON CHRISTIAN 3: Colby Averett led the Wildcats with 190 yards and two touchdowns on 10 carries in the victory over Layton Christian.
MILLARD 23, GUNNISON 13: Millard scored 13 points in the fourth quarter to escape with the nail-biting victory over Gunnison.
NORTH SUMMIT 34, AMERICAN LEADERSHIP 14: Josh Birk and Ryan McMichael each rushed for a pair of North Summit touchdowns, and the home side jumped out to an early lead while holding American Leadership scoreless until late in the fourth quarter. McMicael also threw for a TD in the win.
SAN JUAN 28, ENTERPRISE 7: Jens Grover carried in three of the Broncos' four touchdowns and the visiting team picked up the region victory at Enterprise. Kelton Hunt had the only score for the Wolves with a 78-yard sprint to the end zone.
BEAVER 47, NORTH SEVIER 0: Jesse McMullin led Beaver in the ground attack, carrying the ball 26 times for 202 yards with four touchdowns in the shutout victory. Quarterback Kasen Hutchins finished the game 5-for-11 with 66 yards and two passing touchdowns for the Beavers.
PAROWAN 24, SOUTH SEVIER 12: Jake Topham had 16 carries for 84 yards on the night, and Parowan held South Sevier scoreless through three quarters to pick up the region victory.
MORGAN 47, UNION 13: Matt Murdock had 12 carries for 115 yards and two touchdowns and Kade Carrigan added 112 yards and four TDs on just 11 carries to propel Morgan to the lopsided win at home. Ben Holland also had a solid night, rushing with 128 yards and a TD on nine carries for the Trojans.
GRANTSVILLE 38, EMERY 0: Ky Fisher rushed for a pair of touchdowns and threw for another to lead Grantsville to the shutout victory. The Cowboys jumped out to a 28-0 lead at halftime, and never looked back.
JUDGE MEMORIAL 62, CARBON 0: Judge Memorial put up 35 points in the second quarter alone and was led by Max Barnett, who had two scores, along with his brother, Mark Barnett, who also added a touchdown in the win.
MANTI 36, RICHFIELD 27: Kamren Fowles led Manti with 20 carries for 135 yards and three touchdowns -- all of which were from eight yards out -- and the Templars took advantage of three Richfield turnovers, including two fumbles and one interception. Wesley Wright also had a big night on the defensive end, as he forced a fumble and had a fumble return in the win.
JUAB 56, NORTH SANPETE 14: Nick Robins threw for three touchdown and Dalton Harmon rushed for three more as Juab overwhelmed visiting North Sanpete to improve to 3-0 in region play. Juab built a 42-14 first half lead.
CANYON VIEW 45, DELTA 16: Canyon View posted a 20-point lead at the break, and then coasted to the victory over visiting Delta.
JUAN DIEGO 38, UINTAH 16: Juan Diego ran past Uintah on the road as all of its scores came on the ground. Cameron Hansen led the way for the Soaring Eagle with two TDs. Braxton Coonis completed 13 of his 25 passes and threw for 181 yards and two TDs in the loss.
PARK CITY 40, BEN LOMOND 0: Ian Moritz opened the scoring for Park City with a short scamper into the end zone, and then finished the game with three passing touchdowns to help the Miners in the shutout victory. Dustin Landis hauled in a pair of TD receptions and Park City improved to 3-0 in region play.
STANSBURY 21, TOOELE 13: Alexander Mackay put Stansbury on his back, carrying the ball 17 times for 141 yards and a touchdown. Hudson Conrad added a pair of rushing scores as the Stallions held on in the fourth quarter to secure the region win. Jake Brady scored both Tooele touchdowns in the loss.

SNOW CANYON 38, HURRICANE 20: Connor Parry had a monster night for Snow Canyon, tallying 148 yards and three scores on 21 carries to lead the visiting team to the region victory. Zach Kennedy hauled in four receptions for 86 yards and a TD.
PINE VIEW 21, CEDAR 14: The Panthers held off Cedar to improve to 3-1 in region play.
DIXIE 27, DESERT HILLS 7: Lukas Hildebrandt had four receptions for 112 yards and a touchdown, while Andy Appel hauled in four catches for 82 yards and a TD in the Dixie win. Ammon Takau finished the game 10-for-15 with 205 yards and two scores for the Flyers.
