SUMMIT ACADEMY 8, ST. JOSEPH 1: Summit Academy exploded for five goals in the first half to earn region win on the road.
PAROWAN 5, BEAVER 0: Shalies Frandsen netted two goals and had an assist, while Ally Simpson and Ashley Rice both added one goal and an assist to lead Parowan past Beaver. Alyssa Packwood earned the shutout between the posts.
TAYLORSVILLE 3, GRANGER 2: Taylorsville scored all of its goals in the first half, and were able to keep the lead en route to a region victory.

LONE PEAK 5, PLEASANT GROVE 2: TJ McKendrick hit twine twice in the game to lead all scorers in the Knights' victory over Pleasant Grove.
AMERICAN FORK 5, WESTLAKE 0: American Fork pulled away from the Thunder in the second half to lock up the win. Laken Flinders punched in two goals in the region victory.
MOUNTAIN CREST 3, SKY VIEW 0: Brinlee Welch punched in a pair of goals and Shantel Crosbie added one herself to give Courtney Funk some breathing room in net as Mountain Crest picked up the win on the road.
WOODS CROSS 8, JUDGE MEMORIAL 0: Ashlyn Farnes bagged four goals, while Kyra Fawcett and Eden Jacobsen each netted a pair of goals to give Woods Cross the lopsided region win. Nicole Pemberton recorded the shutout.
CLEARFIELD 1, BOUNTIFUL 0: Amber Marshall scored the lone goal of the match for Clearfield, while McKenna Sill recorded the shutout in goal.
CYPRUS 1, KEARNS 0: Megan Valladares scored Cyprus' only goal of the match, while Megan Valladares kept a clean sheet to record the shutout in goal.
SKYLINE 4, OLYMPUS 1: Emma Heyn scored twice as the Eagles prevailed over their rival, Olympus.
MAPLE MOUNTAIN 7, PROVO 0: Maple Mountain jumped out to an early 6-0 lead at the break as the Golden Eagles blew past the Bulldogs. Kennedee Tracy notched four goals in the win.
DIXIE 4, DESERT HILLS 1: Starlee Woodbury scored twice to lead the Flyers in the home victory, maintaining their perfect region in Region 9 play.
CEDAR 1, PINE VIEW 0: Cedar found the back of the net in the second half to escape with the narrow road win over Pine View. Shay Bauman earned the shutout between the posts.
MORGAN 2, UINTAH 1: Courtney Fairbourn capitalized on a penalty kick opportunity in the second half to give the Trojans their first win of the season.
STANSBURY 10, GRANTSVILLE 0: Michaela Didericksen and Rachel Prescott each netted a pair of goals, and Stansbury enjoyed a seven-goal lead at the half to zip past visiting Grantsville. Natalie Memmott recorded the shutout.
PAYSON 4, RICHFIELD 1: Payson galloped to the early 3-0 lead at half, and held defensively to pick up its first region win of the season.
FREMONT DEF. WEBER 25-14, 25-13, 25-12: Fremont blew past Weber in three straight sets to pick up the region victory. Jessica Quayle had 11 kills while Mandi Lamb added five more.
NORTHRIDGE DEF. VIEWMONT 25-15, 23-25, 25-14, 25-23: Kaitlin Verditski's seven kills, 18 digs and two aces highlight excellent team play for the Knights in their win over Viewmont.
BINGHAM DEF. COPPER HILLS 25-12, 25-12, 25-16: Torre Glasker had 14 kills, while Lexi English added 20 assists to give Bingham a three-set victory over Copper Hills.
BRIGHTON DEF. JORDAN 25-13, 25-14, 25-18: Brighton defeated Jordan in three straight games thanks to a solid team effort. London Breinholt had five aces and hit a .333, while Cassidy Siddoway added seven kills.
LEHI DEF. HERRIMAN 25-20, 25-14, 25-19: Ashley Robbins had 43 assists as Lehi ended victorious in a battle of region 4 powers.
PLEASANT GROVE DEF. WESTLAKE 25-15, 25-21, 25-18: Madison Wolford had nine kills and three blocks, while Brisa Winterton contributed 39 assists in the win.
RIVERTON DEF. AMERICAN FORK 25-16, 25-18, 25-16: Danelle Parady finished the game with 13 kills to lead Riverton to the region victory.
SKY VIEW DEF. MOUNTAIN CREST 25-9, 25-15, 25-18: Shannon Sorensen notched three kills, five blocks, and aced five of her 18 serves to lead the Bobcats past Mountain Crest in three straight games.
WOODS CROSS DEF. CYPRUS 25-8, 25-18, 25-9: Lexi Lewis had 10 kills and eight digs, while Bryli Knell added three blocks and 16 assists to give Woods Cross a three-set victory over Cyprus.
BOUNTIFUL DEF. HIGHLAND 20-25, 25-17, 25-18, 25-19: McCall Asay had three aces with 10 kills to help Bountiful pick up the four-set victory over Highland.
JUDGE MEMORIAL DEF. CLEARFIELD 25-20, 25-16, 19-25, 25-17: Kenzie King and Rachel Gondrezick combined for 38 kills, while Lauren Naatz had 31 digs to lead Judge past visiting Clearfield.
MURRAY DEF. OLYMPUS 25-15, 25-16, 25-23: Kylie Sandoval had 30 assists Lexi Davies and Kayla Durfey had eight kills each in the Spartans' sweep over Olympus.
SKYLINE DEF. MOUNTAIN VIEW 25-12, 13-25, 25-20, 25-17: Kassie Sorensen had 10 kills with seven aces, while Helena Wolff added 22 assists for the Eagles in the Region 7 opener.
SPRINGVILLE DEF. MAPLE MOUNTAIN 25-8, 25-14, 25-9: Emma Israelsen led the Red Devils in the sweep with eight kills, two blocks, and two digs. Stacey Stapel added 23 assists, two kills, two digs, and a block while Mikayla Crystal had 10 digs and five kills.
DESERT HILLS DEF. CEDAR 25-13, 25-8, 25-13
HURRICANE DEF. DIXIE 25-16, 23-25, 25-21, 23-25, 15-10: The Tigers won every other game to ultimately capture the tight contest between Region 9 foes. Leading Hurricane was Kyndall Gardner, who had 19 kills in the middle and hit .536; Malary Reed, who had 13 kills out of the middle and hit .600; Brooklyn Gubler, who added 14 kills on the outside; and Addie Edwards, who notched 60 assists.
MILLARD DEF. BEAVER 25-16, 15-25, 17-25, 20-25: The Beavers came away with the road victory over Millard and improved to 2-0 in region play.
DELTA DEF. PAROWAN 25-13, 25-18, 25-11
ENTERPRISE DEF. KANAB 25-11, 25-18, 25-22: Jaycee Reber had four kills, six digs and three aces while Riley Lyman added 10 kills, 10 digs and three blocks in the Enterprise win. Kaylee Christensen also dished out 14 assists and three aces for the visiting team.
WENDOVER DEF. DUGWAY: Wendover swept Dugway in three straight games.
MONTICELLO DEF. GREEN RIVER 25-23, 25-15, 25-16: Hannah Manalili finished the match with eight service aces and six assists, but it wasn't enough in the three-set loss.

ROWLAND HALL DEF. SOUTH SUMMIT 17-25, 23-25, 25-13, 25:22, 15:13: Rowland Hall made its own fate Tuesday night, winning out the final three sets to pick up the win. As a team, Rowland Hall combined for 68 digs, 37 kills and 20 blocks.
