ALTA 4, JUAN DIEGO 2: Alta's Marshall Miller scored a pair of goals as the Hawks pulled away from Juan Diego in the second half at Rio Tinto Stadium.

AMERICAN LEADERSHIP 5, LAYTON CHRISTIAN 0: Hector Martinez and Brannon Tulley scored two goals apiece and Levi Lopez added a fifth score to lead the Eagles in the one-sided victory.

JORDAN 3, SKY VIEW 0: Jordan used solid defense to blank Sky View at Rio Tinto Stadium.



SYRACUSE 17, NORTHRIDGE 4: Cassidy Basinger, Courtney Starks, and Brittany Vasquez each hit a home run to contribute to the Titans' 18 hits. Along with her double, Alex Valencia picked up the win on the mound.

WEBER 1, DAVIS 0: McKenna Bull hurled a gem in Weber's road win over Davis.

FREMONT 14, LAYTON 12: The Silver Wolves had three home runs in the seventh inning, including a two-run walk-off homer from Jessee Wilson to cap off a seven-run frame. Fremont and Layton combined for 26 runs on 34 hits, including seven home runs, in the offensive battle.


LEHI 8, AMERICAN FORK 3: Rylin Roberts and Taylor Tahbo each belted doubles as the Pioneers slid past American Fork.


WOODS CROSS 21, HIGHLAND 4: Woods Cross scored early and often to secure a decisive win against the Rams.

BOUNTIFUL 6, EAST 0: With first place in Region 6 up for grabs, Bountiful pitcher Belle Stoddard tossed a complete-game shutout by striking out 10 and only allowing three hits. She aided her cause at the plate as well with a two-run homer in the second inning.

CLEARFIELD 9, CYPRUS 4: Bailey Douglas hit a double and earned the win, while Jayden Glade and Kassidy Young each blasted homers for the Falcons.


SPRINGVILLE 13, TIMPVIEW 0: Ashli Averett and Kristy Snyder combined to go 6-for-7 from the plate with six RBIs, two doubles, and a triple for the Red Devils in region play.


SNOW CANYON 7, PINE VIEW 0: Brytni Gurney only allowed one hit over seven innings as Snow Canyon easily blanked Pine View for the region win, improving to 6-0 in the Region 9 standings.

CEDAR 9, DESERT HILLS 4: Cedar kept Desert Hills winless in region play.

HURRICANE 5, DIXIE 3: Lexi Fancy doubled twice and Cierra Stratton homered as Hurricane edged Dixie in Region 9 action. Paisley Pearson earned the victory on the mound for the Tigers.


WASATCH 15, JUDGE MEMORIAL 0: Jensyn Baker roped a double and three players hit doubles as the Wasps racked up 12 runs in the first inning to pound Judge in region play.

JUAN DIEGO 20, UINTAH 12: In a hitters frenzy out in Vernal, Juan Diego ripped 11 extra base hits, including four home runs to roll past Uintah in a slugfest to improve to 3-0 in Region 10.

UNION 5, PARK CITY 2: The Cougars scored twice in the top of the seventh in the win.


GRANTSVILLE 12, OGDEN 5: Amy Matthews rocked a grand slam to help Grantsville edge Ogden.

STANSBURY 17, BEN LOMOND 0: Stansbury's Lindsay Guymon was a perfect 3-for-3 while Katelyn Robinson belted a homer and fanned five batters in the shutout.

BEAR RIVER 11, TOOELE 4: Jordan Theurer was a home run shy of hitting the cycle and helped Bear River claw past Tooele with five RBIs.
