Weber State loses 45th straight game

OGDEN — Senior Kia Rhodes tallied a career-high 15 points, but it wasn't enough as the Wildcats fell to Sacramento State on Thursday, 63-57.

The loss was Weber State's 45th in a row, breaking the Big Sky Conference record, previously held by Sacramento State.

UTAH STATE 70, LOUISIANA TECH 56: At Logan, for the first time in school history, Utah State women's basketball swept the season series with Louisiana Tech.

MONTANA 70, SOUTHERN UTAH 54: At Missoula, Mont., Southern Utah (13-14, 7-10 BSC) remains in sole possession of final conference tournament spot as eighth-place Northern Arizona (7-19, 6-11) also suffered a 67-46 setback at Idaho State.

SLCC 79, COLORADO NORTHWESTERN: At Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Bruin freshman guard Summer Yack scored 14 points to lead SLCC to a win in the first round of the Region 18 Basketball Championships.
