BEN LOMOND 58, DELTA 45: Ben Lomond picked up the double-digit victory as Josh Hardin scored 18 points and hit two treys. Teammates Sterling Brandley and Sage Eastburn each added 11 points to the Scots' cause.
SNOW CANYON 77, PARK CITY 62: Snow Canyon had four players find the box score, led by Nate Gottfredson's 21 points, and the Warriors rolled to a first-round victory over Park City. Bosten VanDerVeur ripped the nets for 29 points with four treys in the loss.
JUDGE MEMORIAL 54, DIXIE 40: Joe Cremer had a solid performance for Judge Memorial in its victory as he scored 14 points and hit three treys. Teammate Tanner Riley added 13 points to the Bulldogs' cause while Kyle Hansen led the Flyers with a game-high 17 points including two 3-pointers in the loss.
BEAR RIVER 67, PAYSON 60: Bear River took an eight-point lead into the halftime, and held on to get the victory over Payson in the first round of the playoffs. Wade Miller poured in a game-high 30 points, 12 coming from beyond the arc, to propel the Bears over the Lions. Daniel Reno netted 26 points in the loss.
WASATCH 52, DESERT HILLS 46: Wasatch rallied in the fourth quarter to escape with a win over Desert Hills in the first round of the 3A playoffs. Jeff Murdock led the Wasps with 17 points, while Chris Johnson added 10. Ty Rutledge scored a game-high 19 points in the loss.
SPANISH FORK 61, OGDEN 57: Spanish Fork's well-balanced scoring attack, and Taylor Parker's 18-point performance helped the Dons outlast Ogden in the opening round of the state tournament. Spencer Smith led all scorers with 23 points in the loss.
MORGAN 86, CARBON 49: Morgan dominated in the first half to get the win over Carbon in the first round of the playoffs. Jake Miles torched the nets for 25 points with five treys while Cameron Skinner added 18 to fuel the Trojans.
CEDAR 58, UNION 41: Kordan Nielson led Cedar in its victory with 14 points. Teammate Mike Hourigan only scored eight points but distributed the ball well as he racked up 10 assists for the Redmen.
DAVIS 81, FREMONT 51: Davis outscored Fremont 48-26 in the second half to earn the win in region play. Jesse Wade drained four treys and scored and game-high 17 points while Abel Porter finished with 16 points and seven dimes to fuel the Darts.
WEBER 58, NORTHRIDGE 57: Weber edged out Northridge in overtime to take the victory at home. Hayden Schenck led with 17 points, seven boards and seven assists. Wyatt Beckey added 10 points and grabbed 11 boards to record the double-double.
SYRACUSE 54, LAYTON 51: Syracuse had a big fourth quarter, outscoring the visiting team 16-5, to help it attain the close victory.
HUNTER 67, WEST 64: Hunter eked out a win in a back-and-forth matchup thanks to a 21-14 fourth quarter in favor of the home team. Brandon Davies scored 27 points and hit one trey to lead the Wolverines, while the Panthers' Sunday Owda recorded a double-double with 13 points and 15 boards in the loss.
KEARNS 70, GRANGER 51: Kearns outscored Grangers 48-27 in the second half to get the region win. Dayon Goodman's game-high 26 points and Tayler Marteliz's defensive intensity helped the Cougars earn the victory.
VIEWMONT 69, TAYLORSVILLE 64: Viewmont used a 25-15 run in the fourth quarter to push past Taylorsville in region play. Jarom Tye and McKay Butler combined for 45 points with eight treys to fuel the Vikings. Sidney Freeman and Jamahl Jones combined for 47 points with four 3-pointers in the loss.
