PIUTE 52, MILFORD 43: Piute played a solid game throughout to hold off Milford to capture the Region 20 Tournament title and the No. 1 seed at the state tournament next week.
PANGUITCH 45, ESCALANTE 34: Panguitch beat Escalante to earn the No. 3 seed from Region 20 for the state tournament.
WAYNE def. BRYCE VALLEY: Wayne upset Bryce Valley to claim the final playoff spot from Region 20.

SYRACUSE 60, WEBER 47: Despite being down by nine points at halftime, Syracuse was able to steal the win from Weber behind its 28-6 run in the fourth quarter. Takenna Hamblin tallied 16 points, while Logan Harker chipped in 15 to fuel the Titans.
FREMONT 50, NORTHRIDGE 29: Fremont easily defeated Northridge on the road thanks to solid performances from Amanda Wayment and Shelby Molen. Wayment scored 18 points, while Molen added 14 points to the Silver Wolves' cause.
DAVIS 49, LAYTON 44: Jessica Richardson led the Davis attack with 18 points, as the visiting team earned the top seed in Region 1 with the narrow victory.
REGION 2
TAYLORSVILLE 45, GRANGER 44: Despite getting outscored 14-7 in the third quarter, Taylorsville was able to outlast Granger to earn the region victory. Mattie Evensen netted a game-high 17 points, while Julie Maka added 13 to power the Warriors.
KEARNS 52, WEST 44: The Cougars hit 9-of-11 free throws in the fourth quarter to pull away with the victory. Rosetta Kasala led Kearns with 12 points and two 3-pointers.
REGION 3
ALTA 41, JORDAN 32: Alta outscored Jordan 22-8 from the charity stripe, and the Hawks were able to earn the tough victory on the road. Elsa Ferre scored a team-high 12 points, while Adrianna Jensen added 11 to fuel Alta.
REGION 4
AMERICAN FORK 43, LONE PEAK 40: Bryanna Adams led the way for American Fork in its Region 4 victory with 10 points. Teammate Jaylee Shepherd added nine points including one trey.
REGION 6
CLEARFIELD 53, EAST 43: Bailey Douglas finished with 15 points, while Kaitlyn Stratton added 13 points to lift Clearfield over East. The Falcons managed to outscore East 22-11 in the fourth quarter.
BOUNTIFUL 46, CYPRUS 43: Kennedy Merrick and Jenny Skedros combined for 23 points, and Bountiful slipped past Cyprus to inch closer to the top of Region 6.
HIGHLAND 51, WOODS CROSS 42: Highland picked up the road victory in a game that saw 68 combined free throws between the two squads. The Rams were led by Haylie Bell, who scored 14 points and hit two 3-pointers.
REGION 7
HERRIMAN 38, OLYMPUS 28: Herriman outscored Olympus 16-9 in the first quarter and held on to get the region win against Olympus in region play. Baily Hayward's 11 points and Kayla Peel's eight points led the way for the Mustangs.
SKYLINE 43, WESTLAKE 38: Skyline picked up the road victory thanks to solid play by Carly Gilliland who scored 18 points. Sydnee Taylor contributed nine points to the Eagles' cause.
