LAYTON 67, FREMONT 35: Layton outscored Fremont 31-11 in the first half to pick up the win. Mike Hibbert led the Lancers with 16 points and Josh Harrop added 13 points.
WEBER 66, DAVIS 59: Hayden Schenck went 12-for-15 from the free-throw line and finished with 24 points as Weber edged visiting Davis in overtime to move into a first-place tie in Region 1 with the Darts. Alex Morrell finished with 4 points and 11 rebounds in the Dart loss.
SYRACUSE 53, NORTHRIDGE 51: Syracuse held on to the victory on the road against Northridge. Diante Mitchell scored a game-high 30 points with 12 from beyond the arc. Michael Phelps added nine points.
WEST JORDAN 58, COTTONWOOD 52: Cottonwood's Inoke Lotulelei led the way for the Colts scoring 12 points with four assists in the close loss.
BRIGHTON 66, JORDAN 54: Zach Bernardo and Travis Devashrayee each scored 17 points as Brighton seized control of the Region 3 race with a dominant second half. Down 40-38 with five minutes left in the third quarter, Brighton ended the game on a 28-14 run.
ALTA 55, COPPER HILLS 51: Trevor Hill and Zach Rollins combined for 29 points, and Alta survived the region battle by shooting 17-for-22 from the charity stripe.
AMERICAN FORK 42, RIVERTON 40: Ryan Andrus and Tyler Rawson combined for 24 American Fork points and the home team managed to slip past visiting Riverton in region play.
LONE PEAK 64, PLEASANT GROVE 36: T.J. Haws paced Lone Peak with 21 points, and Nick Emery followed that up with 16 points of his own to lead the top-ranked Knights to the lopsided region victory.
BINGHAM 74, LEHI 64: Bingham took a 17-9 run in the first quarter and continued the streak throughout the game. Lance Harrison and Brandon Morley combined for 38 points. Jordan Evans addded 18 of his own.
HIGHLAND 60, CLEARFIELD 51: David Divver and Henry Morris each scored 13 points, while Riley Tucker chipped in 14 points to help Highland earn a sixth region victory on the season.
WOODS CROSS 83, CYPRUS 41: Sophomore Garrett Grant poured in 20 points to lead five Wildcats in double figures in the rout.
BOUNTIFUL 85, EAST 62: Sam Merrill scored 29 points and Pere LeSueur added 17 points as Bountiful dismantled East at home. The Braves enjoyed a massive free-throw disparity, attempting 33 freebies compared to East's nine.
HILLCREST 57, SKYLINE 46: Hillcrest, despite a slow start, eventually wore down Skyline in the fourth quarter behind Matt Means, JT Ekberg, Andrew Reich and Kurtis Willits.
MURRAY 66, HERRIMAN 58: Nathan Aland led four Murray players scoring in double-figures with 12 points, and the Spartans unleashed a 24-16 fourth quarter run to down visiting Herriman.
OLYMPUS 57, WESTLAKE 42: Olympus, after trailing by one at halftime, outscored Westlake 21-7 in the third quarter to remain unscathed in region play. Junior Tailey led the Titans' charge with 17 points and Jake Lindsey added 14 points.
MAPLE MOUNTAIN 44, MOUNTAIN VIEW 33: Maple Mountain came alive in the second half and took the victory at home. Josh Phelps led with 14 points with seven boards.
PROVO 61, SALEM HILLS 45: Jordan Maws led Provo with 17 points, and the Bulldogs went 29-for-40 from the free-throw line to sink Salem Hills in the region battle.
OREM 74, SPRINGVILLE 61: Orem took a commanding 20-7 lead in the first quarter and never looked back. Dalton Nixon had a game-high 21 points. Zach Hunsaker added 19 points with two 3-pointers and 10 assists.
TIMPVIEW 77, TIMPANOGOS 59: Timpview's Luke Sagers led with 18 points in the 18 point victory. Taylor Roy added 16 points with nine boards.
JUDGE MEMORIAL 45, WASATCH 40: Ryan Pauley and Kaden Elliss combined for 22 points as the Bulldogs escaped with a region win on the road.
JUAN DIEGO 69, PARK CITY 48: Juan Diego's strong first half led to the 21 point victory at home. Gabe Colosimo led the way with a game-high 25 points with nine from beyond the arc. Nick Markosian added 13 points.
UNION 52, UINTAH 47: A see-saw affair ultimately favored Union, which was unwilling to give up the lead in the game. Union held off Uintah behind Jona Wood's 19 and Stephen Merrell's 13.
SPANISH FORK 75, DELTA 59: Ty Henry helped the Dons remain flawless in region play with 22 points and three 3-pointers.
SAN JUAN 69, GRAND 61: San Juan took advantage at the stripe, connecting on 17-of-23 compared to Grand's 8-of-15. The freebies proved to be the difference for the Broncos as Barkley Christensen scored 27 points and Logan Meyer and Isaac Morley added 18 and 12 points, respectively.
PANGUITCH 71, BRYCE VALLEY 60: Panguitch's Tyce Barney led with a game-high 35 points with seven rebounds. Dalan Bennett added 17 points with six steals.
PIUTE 54, VALLEY 52: After Valley had made a surge in the fourth quarter to potentially force overtime, Piute's Matthew Millett buried a jumper as time as expired for the dramatic win.
ESCALANTE 74, MILFORD 66: Escalante hit 22-of-30 attempts at the free-throw line and with the help of Kyler Nelson's 25 points and Jared Noyes adding 16 more the Moquis picked up the road win.
WAYNE 93, DIAMOND RANCH 67: Ty Rees, Broc Taylor, Brigg Blackburn and Marc Simmons combined for 80 points in the win for Wayne.
WEBER 46, DAVIS 45: Erin Reichle led the Warriors with 23 points in a narrow victory.
FREMONT 42, LAYTON 28: Shelby Molen scored a game-high 15 points, as Fremont managed to upset Layton.
SYRACUSE 61, NORTHRIDGE 52: Courtney Starks recorded a double-double with 16 points and 15 rebounds, while Takenna Hamblin added 13 points and 12 rebounds to pace Syracuse in the win.
BRIGHTON 63, JORDAN 34: Lindsey Johnson and Maddy Chin combined for 31 points, and Brighton dominated the second half of the game to earn the region victory at home.
COTTONWOOD 41, WEST JORDAN 38: The Colts had a strong fourth quarter to edge the Jaguars as Kari Uncles led Cottonwood with 14 points.
ALTA 65, COPPER HILLS 42: The Hawks soared over the Grizzles in the 23 point victory. Madyson Quigley led with 13 points with three 3-pointers. Elsa Ferre and Adrianna Jensen combined for 24 points.
BINGHAM 50, LEHI 28: Bingham kept its undefeated streak alive against Lehi. Jillian Powell scored a game-high 14 points.
PLEASANT GROVE 57, LONE PEAK 50: Megan Wilde scored a game-high 17 points, and also dished out seven assists with five steals in the region victory over Lone Peak. The Vikings outscored the Knights 10-3 in the overtime period.
RIVERTON 48, AMERICAN FORK 34: Riverton's Jamie Smith led the way scoring 11 points with three from behind the arc.
SKY VIEW 74, ROY 49: Tara Goldman led five Bobcats in double figures with 19 points as Sky View opened the second half on a 24-9 run.
BONNEVILLE 44, MOUNTAIN CREST 26: Emilie Volk was the only Bonneville player to eclipse double digit scoring figures with 24 points but the Lakers still managed to put away Mountain Crest.
LOGAN 57, BOX ELDER 48: Lauren Mott led four Logan players in double figures with 21 points, as the visiting team finished 14-for-18 from the free-throw line to pick up the win on the road.
CLEARFIELD 49, HIGHLAND 35: Bailey Douglas and Jocelyn Jones each scored 14 points, and Clearfield outscored Highland 31-10 in the first half to seal the region victory.
BOUNTIFUL 49, EAST 42: Jenny Skedros dropped in 16 points, and Bountiful improved to 7-1 in region play to keep pace with Cyprus.
WOODS CROSS 65, CYPRUS 48: Aubree Riddle poured in 26 points with four 3-pointers while Eden Jacobsen and Hannah Petersen combined for 23 points to lead Woods Cross in the win.
MURRAY 36, HERRIMAN 34: Murray survived a nail-biter, as it outscored Herriman 11-2 in the final quarter. Bailey Leiter finished with 13 points in the Spartans region victory.
WESTLAKE 53, OLYMPUS 36: Ashley Calder led the Westlake attack with 16 points, and handed Olympus an eighth straight region loss.
SKYLINE 58, HILLCREST 41: Sydnee Taylor led all scorers with 18 points, and Skyline improved to 7-1 in region play with a solid 17-point victory over visiting Hillcrest.
SALEM HILLS 60, PROVO 36: Erica Egbert scored 20 points, and had five steals to lead Salem Hills past Provo in region play.
TIMPVIEW 54, TIMPANOGOS 31: The T-Birds held the Timberwolves to three points in the second quarter as Audrey Smith led three Timpview players in double figures with 12 points.
MAPLE MOUNTAIN 41, MOUNTAIN VIEW 31: Tarin Strosser led the Golden Eagles with 15 points as Maple Mountain closed the game on a 15-3 run.
SPRINGVILLE 62, OREM 42: Malia Nawahine led all scorers with 21 points, and dropped in three 3-pointers in the lopsided victory over Orem.
CANYON VIEW 58, PINE VIEW 34: Josie Platt netted 16 points, including four 3-pointers to lead Canyon View to the easy region win over Pine View.
SNOW CANYON 50, DIXIE 46: Snow Canyon's Amy Harris scored 22 points with eight boards and four steals in the four point overtime victory on the road. Grace Walton added 11 points with five boards and five assists.
DESERT HILLS 58, HURRICANE 37: Blair Bliss had 16 points, and Haley Bodnar contributed 18 points to lead Desert Hills past visiting Hurricane. Brooklyn Gubler finished with 13 points in the Tiger loss.
JUDGE MEMORIAL 53, WASATCH 52: Judge Memorial edged out the victory on the road against Wasatch. Sadie Sewell scored 14 points. Kailie Quinn added eight points with 11 boards and four steals.
UINTAH 59, UNION 53: Erin Elder led three Uintah scorers in double figures with 15 points, and Uintah held on down the stretch to pick up the road victory.
MORGAN 65, OGDEN 44: Morgan shut down Ogden in the fourth quarter on a 17-6 run. McKenzie Schenk scored 20 points with nine boards. Breanna Hurlbut and Lisa VanCampen combined for 20 points.
TOOELE 50, BEN LOMOND 24: Tooele shut down Ben Lomond in the second half, outscoring them 35-10. Taylor Thomas led with 13 points. Baylee Hansen and Courtney Schiwal combined for 20 points.
STANSBURY 45, GRANTSVILLE 22: Stansbury went on a 26-6 run in the first half to outscore Granstville at home. Erika Alvey had 15 points. Karlee Manzione had 17 boards.
CARBON 46, NORTH SANPETE 41: The Dinos had the comeback victory at home against North Sanpete after trailing 22-20 at halftime. Shelby Cornforth led with 10 points.
DELTA 51, SPANISH FORK 41: Kennedy Springer led the Delta attack with 16 points, and the Rabbits outscored Spanish Fork 30-12 in the first half of the region victory on the road.
JUAB 39, PAYSON 38: With 30 seconds remaining in regulation, trailing by two, Juab's Ally Nelson drilled a 3-pointer that ultimately proved to be the decisive bucket.
KANAB 55, PAROWAN 50: Shaylee McDonald and Whitney Houston combined for 34 points while Kaitlyn Glover notched the double-double with 11 points and 15 rebounds to help Kanab clinch the third seed heading into postseason play.
ENTERPRISE 54, MILLARD 44: Riley Lyman had 21 points and 14 rebounds while Dakota Robinson added 18 points and 13 rebounds to push Enterprise past Millard.
WATERFORD 34, MAESER PREP 31: In a narrowly contested game, Waterford turned up the pressure in the fourth quarter to pick up a much needed region victory.
SOUTH SUMMIT 53, ROWLAND HALL 29: South Summit jumped on Rowland Hall in the second quarter, outscoring the Winged Lion 17-3 to take control. McKaye Woolstenhulme scored 18 points while Alisha Lewis chipped in 17 points in the win.
NORTH SUMMIT 42, SUMMIT ACADEMY 33: North Summit held Summit Academy in single digits for the first three quarters and behind Kasidee Evans' 14 points picked up the road win.
EMERY 54, GRAND 24: In their last home game of the season Emery's Shelby Allred and Jeridi Price combined for 18 points with two 3-pointers to give them the commanding victory.
AMERICAN LEADERSHIP 49, NORTH SEVIER 45: Mauri Staheli caught fire for ALA, netting 22 points with a pair of 3-pointers to lead the visiting team to a region win.
GUNNISON 34, MANTI 33: Gunnison's teamwork led to the one point victory at home. BrieAnn Peterson led with eight points.

ST. JOSEPH 63, LEGACY PREP 29: St. Joseph took control of the game early and sailed to a victory on the road and continuing its undefeated streak. Liz Tomon led with 21 points and 16 boards. Mady White added 14 ponts and had seven rebounds, four assists and four steals.
WENDOVER 56, DUGWAY 27: Jasmine Maldonado and Stephanie Badillo combined for 29 Wendover points, leading the visiting team to a lopsided region win.
