The Utes go in at halftime with a six-point lead at the Hunstman Center today. The score is 31-25 at the half.
Utah started well with a 5-0 run, but Colorado forward Andre Roberson kept things close with a three-point jumper.
Before long, Colorado were in the lead as poor shooting cost the Utes. Utah soon rediscovered its shooting touch however, and the two teams switched leads for a period, until back to back threes helped Utah to build a six-point lead before halftime.
Utah's shooting is still below average, at 45 percent from the field, but they will get away with it as long as the Buffaloes maintain their poor percentage of 39 from the field, and just 33 from beyond the arc.
Cedric Martin and Jeremy Olsen are the top scorers for the Utes. Each has eight points at the half.
