BYU defeated the University of San Francisco 80-76 after a late comeback in the second half

BYU trailed for most of the game and took the lead late in the second half. Brandon Davies fouled out late in the game, but BYU managed to hang on for the win.

BYU nearly gave the game away after a double dribble with 30 seconds left and a series of missed free throws, but USF was unable to capitalize.

BYU won, but I'm not sure there is a lot to be happy about after this game. Missed free throws all game nearly cost them the victory. You just can't miss the free ones.

Sometimes a win is a win. Tough night for Haws and Davies. I don't think I've ever seen Haws miss 3 free throws in a single game. I hope this is just a one game blip for Haws- I love watching him play. He's usually Mr. Consistent. More..
