Mike Stevens, owner of the Utah-based studio Hand Blown Glass, became interested in glass blowing by watching it on television, but it took a while to make his artistic aspirations come to fruition.

He described the process of glass blowing as being "kind of like keeping honey on a broomstick," and outlined the process during a video interview.
