Paul Milsap scored 13 points and Al Jefferson added another 11 to give the Utah Jazz a 53-44 lead over the San Antonio Spurs at the half.
The Jazz started slow allowing 33 points in the first quarter before coming out hot in the second quarter. Milsap went 6-7 and also had eight rebounds at the half.
The Spurs started out strong, but a chase down block by Gordon Hayward changed the momentum in the Jazz' favor. The Jazz shot 54 percent from the floor while the Spurs shot 39 percent.
