We agree with Cybil Bateman that the time has come to eliminate daylight saving time ("Daylight saving time," Readers' Forum, Nov. 19).
Readjusting schedules, especially for children, is horrible and unnecessary. Arizona did away with it years ago and they seem to function just fine without it. Can't we too?

Having lived with daylight savings time for much of my life, having raised five children while dealing with it, my opinion is that the inconveniences of moving ahead or back an hour twice a year are minor and fleeting. I personally find that minor More..
Right now, I'm laughing so hard it's difficult to type.
But at least now we know that Daylight Savings is responsible for all the ills of mankind.
And, JCS, will you please provide links to the "studies" you claim have "proved" your stand?
Is it too much to ask that you give us some concrete evidence?
