Congressman Jim Matheson, top center, gets his ballot to cast his votes at the Utah State Democratic Convention held at the Salt Palace. Saturday, April 21, 2012
Stuart Johnson, Deseret News
Rep. Jim Matheson keeps crowing about Utah values, but when the House meets to organize at the start of every Congress, he votes to caucus with the Democrats. By this vote, he proves that his real desire is for Nancy Pelosi to control the House chairmanships and its legislative agenda.
This action speaks louder than all his words and proves that he supports the Obama-Reid-Pelosi plan for bigger, more intrusive, more expensive government.

Imagine that, an elected Democrat deciding to caucus with the Democrats.

Funny thing: after the last election, Matheson did NOT vote for Nancy Pelosi as Speaker. So, the premise of this letter is wrong.

Well yeah... because on the ballot it says he's a Democrat. I More..
