Roundup of Thursday's 37 high school girls soccer games around the state:


FREMONT 2, SYRACUSE 1: A pair of goals from Kelsey Andersen helped Fremont survive a score from Syracuse with the narrow victory.

WEBER 5, NORTHRIDGE 1: Bailee Davis, Shalee Davis, Michaela Hillstrom, Skylee Schenck and Laura Tidwell all scored goals as Weber easily beat Northridge in a critical Region 1 match.

DAVIS 1, LAYTON 0: Freshman Regyn Youngberg knocked in the game's only goal in stoppage time at the end of the first half to give Davis the win over the rival Lancers and the Region 1 championship.


TAYLORSVILLE 8, HUNTER 0: Abi Black knocked in four goals and the Warriors tallied six in the first half alone to earn the road win.

VIEWMONT 10, KEARNS 0: Viewmont used a nine-goal first half to roll to the easy region win. Courtney Wallis accounted for four of the Vikings' scores while Laura Essig had three.

WEST 7, GRANGER 0: Graysee Murphy scored three goals and her sister Maddie Murphy recorded the shutout in the Panthers' home victory.


JORDAN 6, WEST JORDAN 0: Jordan's Kyra Radcliffe and Tori Smith each had two goals in the shutout victory.

BRIGHTON 3, COTTONWOOD 0: Mati Long led the Bengals in the shutout with two scores.

ALTA 7, COPPER HILLS 0: Sydney Fitzpatrick dished out three assists and scored one goal while Madie Lyons tallied the hat trick to lead the Hawks in the home victory.


RIVERTON 3, BINGHAM 2: Mallory Bostic scored the game-winning goal in overtime for Riverton.

LEHI 1, AMERICAN FORK 0: Alex Allgaier knocked in the golden goal in the second overtime to give Lehi the narrow victory.

LONE PEAK 2, PLEASANT GROVE 0: Justina Jarema and Natalie Lewis combined to score the Lone Peak goals, and Sara Boley and Julia Vaughan split the shutout in the region win.


BONNEVILLE 2, MOUNTAIN CREST 0: Bonneville's Ellee Hall and Emilie Tafunai knocked in one goal a piece in the shutout win.

SKY VIEW 3, BOX ELDER 2: In a game where all the scoring took place in the second half, Jordyn Brown, Brenna Porter and Madison Siddoway each contributed goals to give the Bobcats the edge.

ROY 4, LOGAN 0: Roy's Brittany Scadlock had a hat trick and Taryn Davies added the other goal to lead the Royals in the shutout.


BOUNTIFUL 5, CLEARFIELD 1: Jenny Skedros had a hat trick while Kennedy Merrick and Elena Medeiros added a goal apiece for the Braves.

HIGHLAND 8, CYPRUS 0: Highland accounted for seven of their goals in the second half and seven different players scored for the Rams, led by two goals from Kate Orchard.

EAST 2, WOODS CROSS 1: Nell Stevens and Madison Roemer each scored to give East the boost.


SKYLINE 1, HILLCREST 1: Skyline's Emily Cassell scored the tying goal.

MURRAY 2, HERRIMAN 1: Murray's Lizzy Braby scored the winning goal. The other goal was knocked in as an own goal.
