PROVO — BYU and Middle Tennessee State have agreed to a home-and-home deal, according to The Tennessean.
The newspaper report said the Cougars and Blue Raiders will meet in 2013 in Provo, then play again in 2014 in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
BYU has not officially announced the series with MTSU, which is a member of the Sun Belt Conference.
MTSU athletic director Chris Massaro told the Tennessean, "When (BYU) went independent (after being in the Mountain West Conference), they were looking for games, and I've always thought they had a national following. So I am very excited about that home-and-home series."

@ eastcoastcoug - BYU is independent because the top conferences such as the Big 12 and the Pac 12 have not offered BYU an invitation to join, and independence so far is better than what the lower conferences who want BYU, such as the MWC and the Big More..
Texas did a home and home with Wyoming
Relax............
BYU does home and homes to get out all accross the Country to recah their fan bases.
It's good will and PR.

You're always whining, but I've never, ever, seen you offer one single viable alternative to Independence.
Do you really think that staying in the MWC with their horrible television deal was preferable to More..
