Our Take: BYU's 7-6 loss to Boise State on Thursday night threw two aspects of this year's team into stark relief: the Cougar defense is better than it has been in a long time, but the offense isn't doing its share. BYU showed the country Thursday night in its 7-6 loss at Boise State that it has one of the best defenses in all of college football. Unfortunately, it also demonstrated that it may currently have the worst offense in the land as well.
