JORDAN DEF. COTTONWOOD 25:18, 25:17, 25:22 Jordan Bergen and Rachel Harris combined for 16 kills for Jordan as it beat Cottonwood. The Beetdiggers moved to 2-0 in region play with the win.

REGION 5

BOX ELDER DEF. LOGAN 25:17, 25:19, 27:25, 0:0, 0:0 Mitzi Munns finished with 26 assists, eight kills, and 13 digs to lead Box Elder. Mallory Mueller added seven kills and six blocks in the region victory.

REGION 6

BOUNTIFUL DEF. CLEARFIELD 25:13, 25:17, 25:8, 0:0, 0:0 Bountiful had a great night winning in consecutive sets against Clearfield. Rachel Cottle led the Braves to victory with nine kills.

WOODS CROSS DEF. HIGHLAND 25:6, 25:18, 25:21, 0:0, 0:0 Highland had 50 total digs, and 12 blocks in the region loss.

REGION 7

HILLCREST DEF. OLYMPUS 27:25, 25:23, 21:25, 22:25, 15:12 Hillcrest battled in five games as Hailey Heumann executed 16 kills, Jessica Hatch handed out 29 assists, and Cami Butler scooped six blocks.

HERRIMAN DEF. MURRAY 25:22, 25:15, 31:29, 0:0, 0:0 Masi Steel and Kenzie Jackson combined for 19 kills, while Jacey Saunders chipped in 20 assists for Herriman.

WESTLAKE DEF. SKYLINE 25:20, 25:15, 25:22, 0:0, 0:0 Anela Hansen led the way with 13 kills, and got help in the middle from Amanda Campbell and her seven kills.

REGION 8

TIMPVIEW DEF. MAPLE MOUNTAIN 25:21, 25:20, 25:18 Timpview defeated Maple Mountain to remain undefeated in region play. Jessie Jorgensen had 16 kills and 12 assists and Megan Huddleston did her part with 11 kills and 15 assists.

PROVO DEF. MOUNTAIN VIEW 25:14, 25:18, 25:19 Provo won the match in consecutive sets over the visiting Mountain View. Provo was led by Rebecca Bigler and Hedeig Karlsven who combined for 11 blocks.

REGION 9

HURRICANE DEF. CANYON VIEW 25:9, 25:14, 25:15 Hurricane easily defeated Canyon view thanks to a combined 15 kills from Brooklyn Gubler and Kyndall Gardener. Addie Edwards added 28 assists and 7 digs for the Tigers who won in straight sets.

STANSBURY DEF. GRANTSVILLE 25:21, 19:25, 25:23, 25:16 In a closely fought battle, Stansbury got the win behind Erika Alvey, Marlee Flint, and Tiffany Robbins. Alvey had 33 assists and eight kills while Flint and Robbins combined for 20 kills.

MORGAN DEF. OGDEN 25:9, 25:8, 25:11, 0:0, 0:0 Kassidy Lish dished out 13 kills and four aces, while Amanda Porter had 32 assists for the Trojans' win.

MILLARD DEF. KANAB 18:25, 25:23, 25:17, 25:14, 0:0 Kaela Brunson and Cheryl Stephenson combined for 33 kills in the Millard victory.

NORTH SUMMIT DEF. MAESER PREP 25:14, 25:18, 25:3, 0:0, 0:0 Susie Stephens and Erica Richins combined for 21 kills for the win against Maeser Prep.

ROWLAND HALL DEF. SUMMIT ACADEMY 25:12, 25:7, 25:11 Rowland Hall had a run-away victory over Summit Academy in a three-set match. Marissa Eng had seven kills and 17 digs while Shelby Matsumura had 27 assists for the Winged Lion.

SOUTH SUMMIT DEF. WATERFORD 25:15, 25:18, 24:26, 25:20, 0:0 Collectively the Wildcats dished out 84 digs, 17 aces, and 39 kills.
