2A NORTH

WATERFORD 5, ROWLAND HALL 0: Caroline Coats found the back of the net twice, and also dished out an assist to lead Waterford to a commanding region victory. Lauren Groathouse recorded the shutout.

ST. JOSEPH 3, SOUTH SUMMIT 0: Ali Koehler recorded the shutout for St. Joseph, which handed South Summit its first loss of the season with the region victory.

SUMMIT ACADEMY 9, LAYTON CHRISTIAN 1: Chelsey Keefer went off on Layton Christian, bagging five goals to lead Summit Academy to its third consecutive victory. Morgan Fox netted a pair of goals in the region victory.

REGION 1

DAVIS 4, WEBER 1: Melanie Ostler netted a pair of goals, and Davis continued to dominate as the Darts improved to 7-0-0 this season.

FREMONT 2, LAYTON 1: Fremont needed a goal to break a 1-1 stalemate at halftime, and Mariah Elmore delivered with the game winner to lead the Silver Wolves to the region win on the road.

REGION 8

MOUNTAIN VIEW 3, PROVO 1: The Bruins picked up the win on the road as Julia Eldridge, Olivia Hoddy and Sesselja Ollafsson all tallied goals.

TIMPANOGOS 4, SALEM HILLS 0: Jordyn Chung-Hoon netted a pair of goals for Timpanogos, and Katie Henderson dished out two assists to help the Timberwolves to the region win.

OREM 2, SPRINGVILLE 1: Orem struck back and overthrew Springville's lead in the second half, as Tatiana Monsen and Tanyail Wilson snuck in the goals while Madie Cambell held up the defense.

MAPLE MOUNTAIN 2, TIMPVIEW 1: Kaitlyn Bailey and Elise Flake both recorded a goal and assist in the second half as Maple Mountain scored a pair of goals to rally past the T-Birds for the critical region 8 victory.

REGION 9

DESERT HILLS 3, CANYON VIEW 2: Desert Hills broke the tie after Canyon View took the game into overtime, as Erica Hansen scored twice while Kenzie Done snuck in the decisive goal.

CEDAR 2, HURRICANE 0: KT Kastanes and Maddie Jakus netted the Cedar goals in the second half, while Tara Shipp recorded the shutout between the posts.

PINE VIEW 1, DIXIE 1: Both teams fought through regulation, and ultimately settling on the draw. Kelsey McCann scored for the Flyers, while Janzen Morgan tallied the goal for Pine View.

REGION 10

JUAN DIEGO 4, JUDGE MEMORIAL 1: Both Mattie Muzatko and Emily Bruder scored two goals each as Juan Diego beat Judge to remain unbeaten in region play.

REGION 11

BEAR RIVER 8, GRANTSVILLE 0: Marisa Hobbs and Sarah Huber both netted hat tricks, as Bear River scored all eight goals in the first half. Josie Summers recorded the shutout.

MORGAN 3, TOOELE 2: Natasha Andersen netted a pair of goals, including the game winner in the first period of extra time to help Morgan pick up the region victory on the road.

OGDEN 7, STANSBURY 1: Caylee Carter and Kiley Porter scored two goals each as Ogden dominated from start to finish to earn a seventh consecutive victory this season.

NONREGION

MAESER PREP 5, LEGACY PREP 0: Abby Heckel and Jenna Nelson both scored twice, and Maeser Prep picked up its first win of the season with the road victory. Hannah Leavitt recorded the shutout.
