JOLIET, Ill. — Closing arguments are set to get under way at Drew Peterson's trial.

They come Tuesday in the sixth week of a trial to determine if the former Illinois police officer murdered his third wife, Kathleen Savio. She was found dead in her bathtub in 2004.

Defense attorney Joe Lopez, nicknamed "the shark" for his aggressive style, will emphasize the absence of any physical evidence.

Prosecutors will say circumstantial evidence points to one man: Peterson.

Chris Koch gives prosecutors' closing. Will County State's Attorney James Glasgow gets the final word in a rebuttal.

This is the biggest trial in Glasgow's career. And the normally stone-faced prosecutor has shown flashes of anger during the trial.

Peterson was charged after his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson, disappeared in 2007. He denies any wrongdoing.
