GRAND 3, GUNNISON 2: The Red Devils were led by two dominating seniors -- Amanda Sheets, who had two goals, and Madie Camps, who scored off of a penalty kick -- to get the win in Moab.

MANTI 6, SOUTH SEVIER 0: Charly Pace dished out a hat trick while McKenna Christensen blocked for the shutout.


TAYLORSVILLE 9, KEARNS 1: Abi Black scored four goals as Taylorsville dominated winless Kearns for the region-opening victory. Natasha Howard added a pair of goals for the Warriors.

WEST 7, HUNTER 0: West dished out a dominating shutout as Alexi Barbossa and Taylor French both scored twice while Rachel Ainsworth recorded the shutout in goal.

VIEWMONT 9, GRANGER 1: Heidi Lorscheider and Karrie Pead both scored two goals while five other Vikings got in on the scoring in an easy region victory.


COTTONWOOD 3, WEST JORDAN 0: The Colts opened region play with an easy shutout victory over West Jordan as Ali Bromley-Dulfano, Adriana Reyes and Brooke Evans all scored for the Colts.

BRIGHTON 5, COPPER HILLS 1: The Bengals rolled to the victory over Copper Hills to remain unscathed on the season. Steph Ringwood, Breanna Rueckert, Jayde Jones, Mati Long and Jocelyn Loomis all scored for Brighton

ALTA 3, JORDAN 1: Ashlie Miller helped Jordan to the one-goal lead at the half, but top-ranked Alta answered with three goals in the second half to down the home team. Bizzy Phillips equalized with a goal in the 42nd minute and then scored the game-winner in the 69th minute.


RIVERTON 1, LONE PEAK 0: Marissa Johnson's first-half goal was all the scoring Riverton needed as it picked up an impressive road victory over Lone Peak to open region play.

PLEASANT GROVE 1, LEHI 0: McKenzie Warren scored late in double overtime as Pleasant Grove improved to 7-0-0 this season with a region-opening win over Lehi.

AMERICAN FORK 4, BINGHAM 2: Alecia Robinson and Aurora Moberly scored in the first half, and then Jenna Shepherd and Lizzy Newman scored in the second half as American Fork opened region play with a solid victory over Bingham.


BONNEVILLE 2, BOX ELDER 0: Second-half goals from Emilee Taunai and Ellee Hall helped the Lakers open Region 5 play with a road victory voer Box Elder.

LOGAN 0, SKY VIEW 0: Emily Davis, Kaley Brooksby and Kylee Hellstern all contributed as goalkeepers to the scoreless effort between Region 5 foes Logan and Sky View.

MOUNTAIN CREST 4, ROY 1: Karly Richens dished out three assists and Karlee Cambell scored off a pass from Annie Alder to lead the Mustangs on the road.


CLEARFIELD 1, EAST 1: Afton Barlow's second-half goal helped Clearfield earn an impressive road draw against the Leopards.

WOODS CROSS 3, HIGHLAND 0: Eden Jacobsen and Aliyah Miller scored second half goals to pace Woods Cross to a region-opening victory over Highland.

BOUNTIFUL 9, CYPRUS 0: Jenny Skedros and KJ Eiting each scored a pair of goals as Bountiful cruised past Cyprus in a game that lasted just 50 minutes.


SKYLINE 2, MURRAY 0: Lauren Harmon dished out the assist to Ashley Aberton for the game's first goal, and defender Julie Jacobs found the back of the net off a set piece for the second as Skyline blanked Murray. Alli Spencer recorded the shutout for the Eagles.

OLYMPUS 1, HERRIMAN 0: Olympus notched its first win of the year off a stellar performance from Anesa Curic between the posts. Whitney Back scored the lone goal of the game in the first half for the Titans.

HILLCREST 5, WESTLAKE 0: Riley Gritton record a hat trick, while Nicole Jessen and Audrey Kriss scored a goal each to pace the Huskies to the victory over Westlake.


OREM 5, MOUNTAIN VIEW 0: Orem scored four second-half goals, including two from Tatiana Monsen, as the Tigers rolled past Mountain View for the region victory. Rachel Miller earned the shutout in goal for Orem.

TIMPVIEW 2, SALEM HILLS 0: Alissa Moffet and Maddie Garray each notched a second half goal as Timpview survived a scare from Salem Hills. Nisha Vinderband secured the shutout for the T-Birds.

TIMPANOGOS 4, SPRINGVILLE 1: Marcy Fuller shined on the field scoring a hat trick, while Devri Hartle tapped in the final goal, assisted by Rachelle Warner.

MAPLE MOUNTAIN 4, PROVO 0: Kennedee Tracy scored two goals while Brooke McCluskey secured the shutout and Kaitlyn Baily had two assists.


PINE VIEW 1, CANYON VIEW 0: Six minutes into the second overtime Janzen Morgan scored on a penalty kick to put the game to rest. Tayosha Turek recorded the shutout for the Panthers.

CEDAR 1, SNOW CANYON 0: In a battle of Region 9 heavyweights, Hannah Smith's goal in the 60th minute proved to be the difference as Cedar eked out the victory with Tara Shipp earning her fourth shutout of the season.

DESERT HILLS 2, DIXIE 1: Erica Hansen chipped in a goal during both halves of the Desert Hills win over Dixie.


BEN LOMOND 4, BEAR RIVER 0: Kenzie Abbott, Katrina Espinoza, Mackennzie Tuck and Baylee Roche all scored as the Scots hit the road and picked up an important region victory to improve to 2-1 in league play. Leanza Driscoll earned the shutout for Ben Lomond.

MORGAN 3, STANSBURY 1: Two goals from Megan Miner and another From Janessa Loveridge paced Morgan to a victory over Stansbury as it improved to 2-1 in league play.

TOOELE 8, GRANTSVILLE 0: Stacie Medley scored a whopping four goals, while Lexi Bolliger added a hat trick to lead Tooele to the easy victory over Grantsville.


AMERICAN LEADERSHIP 2, MAESER PREP 1: American Leadership overcame an early goal from Maeser Prep to rally for the nonregion victory. Dalila Rodriguez and Mauriana Staheli both scored for the Eagles.

PAYSON 3, UNION 1: Cierra Lundberg and Cali Jensen scored goals to lead Payson to the victory over Union.

JUDGE MEMORIAL 1, WATERFORD 1: Judge and Waterford shared the preseason points as Waterford's Mitsu Miyashima scored in the first half and Sarah Peterson scored in the second half.

PARK CITY 2, WEBER 1: Jessica Dancy and Lauren Walker both found the back of the net as Park City remained unbeaten this season with a victory over the 5A Weber Warriors.
